Receiving materials: Review and verification of raw material quality certificates.

During manufacturing: Continuous monitoring of the laminating, curing and assembly process, based on documented procedures.

Final Inspection: Dimensional verification, surface finish, structural integrity and functionality of the product.

Delivery to the customer: Inspection reports, tests and certificates documented with each delivery.

Maintenance

Beyond Delivery: Committed to Your Equipment's Lifecycle

At Compomex, we understand that the durability of equipment depends not only on its manufacturing but also on its proper maintenance. That's why we offer on-site preventive and corrective maintenance services designed to guarantee the performance, safety, and longevity of your FRP equipment.

Some of the services we provide:

Visual and structural inspection of the equipment: We check for cracks, delaminations, chemical corrosion, or visible mechanical failures.
Thickness and wear assessment: We use tools such as ultrasonic thickness gauges and certified calipers.
Component repair and reinforcement: Application of structural reinforcements, patches, chemical barriers, and on-site reconditioning according to technical standards.
Technical cleaning and reconditioning: Removal of residue, scale, or chemical compounds that may affect the FRP.
Accessory maintenance: Check flanges, connections, nozzles, covers, ladders and support systems.
Complete service documentation: We provide photographic evidence of the before and after condition, a technical report, and recommendations.

Nationwide coverage

We travel anywhere in Mexico to perform scheduled or emergency services. We have trained technical personnel and mobile tools to intervene directly at your facilities quickly and safely.
