Experience
Compomex is a Mexican Company that manufactures FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) tanks, pipes and custom made products and equipment.
We supply and offer our services to companies that require corrosion resistant products/equipment. If you require a piece of equipment which will be put in service in a corrosive environment, we provide the optimum solution for your requirements.
We fabricate our products with the following manufacturing processes: - Filament Winding - Hand Lay-up - Vacuum Bagging
Our new infrastracture -500 m2 of work area.
FRP roofing sheets for corrosive environments. We fabricate the roofing sheets with the optimum resin and fibers for the required service.

Our staff is made up by technicians with more than 15 years of experience fabricating FRP products.

Our products are designed by our own engineering department. We provide design calculations, finite element analysis (FEA), drawings, and the required tests to validate all the products we manufacture.

We offer a complete service, where we help our clients since the requisition to define exactly what is needed and we go follow up until the put on service of the equipment we manufacture.

PRODUCTS
COMPOMEX fabricates FRP storage tanks, scrubbers, and process tanks.
The design (drawings and calculations) are made within our engineering department under the U.S. standards ASME RTP 1 and applicable ASTM, as well as Mexican CFE codes.

Design & Engineering
Design and engineering of pipes and tanks.
Many times, the final user or client, requires specialized FRP engineers for the design of pipes and tanks for their process plant.
COMPOMEX offers the service to integrate us to your design team and this way we facilitate the overall design process of your process plant.
On-site inspection
COMPOMEX has qualified engineers and technicians to go to site and inspect FRP pipes, tanks, and coatings.
This service reduces your cost for replacing equipment that might not had been damaged or only needed maintenance. Our inspection reports are very detailed and we include repair procedures based on U.S. standards ASME RTP 1 and applicable ASTM standards.
Maintenance
Our on-site or field teams are trained and qualified for repairing and maintenance of FRP tanks, pipes and coatings; always following the guidelines of ASME RTP 1 and ASTM standards.
The quality of our service gives confidence to the client of a maintenance that will extend the lifetime of the FRP equipment.
Our teams are made up of professionals and technicians that are internally certified under ASME RTP 1 guidelines, and with more than 15 years of experience.
